@How to eat raw cake.

We cut all of our raw cakes in advance before delivery. Cutting these cakes by yourself can be a little tricky until you get the hang of it because you have to get the timing and temperature right so that the cake consistency is right for cutting. We want you to be able to focus on enjoying our delicious raw cakes, so we take care of the cutting for you in advance. However you can order your cakes whole and uncut. * Our raw cakes are delivered in cooler boxes with ice. When they arrive at your home, please put them in the freezer immediately to avoid melting.
* < How to cut a whole raw cake > 1. Remove the whole cake from the freezer and allow it to thaw slightly in room temperature. After 5 to 10 minutes, please cut the cake as you like. 2. After cutting the cake, immediately return it to the freezer in its container.
* < How to prepare the raw cake for eating > 1. Remove the desired number of pre-cut cake slices from the freezer and place them in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. 2. The cake will be ready to eat when a spoon or fork easily pierces the cake. For a creamier texture, allow the cake slices to sit in room temperature for about 3 minutes.
* The raw cake eaten immediately from the freezer tastes similar to ice cream cake. * An already thawed raw cake will melt and start to lose its form if left at room temperature for extended periods of time. * You can keep the thawed raw cake in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. But once thawed, please do not refreeze. The expiration date on our raw cakes is one month from the date we made the cake.
* Warning Please eat the raw cake within 24 hours after it has thawed in the refrigerator. Thawing raw cakes in higher temperatures damages their form/appearance and nutritional value. < If you are in a hurry to eat your cake > You can thaw it at room temperature and eat within 5 to 10 minutes (depending on the temperature of the room). The consistency will be like a mousse. For the best taste, texture, and appearance, we recommend thawing your cake slices in the refrigerator, then eating. * Please note: If the temperature of the room is too high, the outside of the cake will melt before the inside thaws completely.
